Inventory Associate

NEW YORK, NY | INVENTORY ASSOCIATE | FINE JEWELRY

I am recruiting on behalf of a fine jewelry client in New York City seeking a full-time Inventory Associate.

Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
On-Site | New York, NY
$31.25–$33.65/hour ($65K–$70K annualized), dependent on experience

This is a detail-focused, administrative inventory position responsible for receiving finished jewelry merchandise and accurately entering and maintaining product information within inventory systems.

The role includes reviewing and verifying jewelry details such as metals, gemstones, weights, sizing, and product descriptions; ensuring merchandise matches supporting documentation and system records; assisting with basic product photography; and supporting inventory ecommerce workflows.

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Prior fine jewelry industry experience
• Hands-on experience managing the full inventory lifecycle from receiving through system entry, verification, documentation, and inventory readiness
• Experience owning the inventory process from beginning to end, rather than supporting only one portion of the workflow
• Working knowledge of fine jewelry terminology and product details
• Strong administrative and data-entry skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
